About Us
Crafted by Family, Defined by Flow.
At Knot&Flow, we’re a husband-and-wife team based in Buhl, Idaho, creating one-of-a-kind wood and epoxy pieces that are as functional as they are beautiful. What started as a shared passion for craftsmanship and design has evolved into a family-owned business rooted in quality, creativity, connection and love.
We specialize in custom woodworking — blending natural woodgrain with fluid epoxy resin to create everything from bold live-edge tables to detailed home decor. Every pour, every slab, and every finish is done by hand with the same care we’d use in our own home.
We believe that furniture should tell a story — not just fill a space. Whether it’s a family dining table, a one-of-a-kind coffee table, or a custom wall piece, we love helping our clients turn ideas into heirloom-quality creations.

Our Story
A Leap of Faith, A Life Reclaimed
We wanted more than the rat race. More than clocking in, burning out, and living for the weekend. We craved something deeper — a way to reconnect with what matters most: each other, our passions, and the kind of life we truly believe in.
So we made the choice.
We left behind our careers, took a leap of faith, and moved to be closer to our family — to raise our teenagers in a place that felt like home and to finally build something that was ours.
Knot&Flow is more than a business. It’s the embodiment of that decision — to create with purpose, live with intention, and craft work we’re proud to share. Every slab, every pour, every finish is a reflection of our love for what we do and the people we do it for.
We’re not just building furniture.
We’re building a life — together.
Our Why
Because what you live with should mean something.
We believe that the things in your home should tell a story — not just fill a space. In a world of mass production and quick fixes, we’re here to slow down, work with our hands, and create pieces that are as personal as they are beautiful.
Our work is about connection — to nature, to craft, to each other, and to the people we build for. Every knot in the wood, every swirl of epoxy, every edge we sand and finish carries intention and care.
We do this to:
-
Be present with our family, not away from it
-
Create freely, with passion and purpose
-
Build something lasting — for us and for you
Knot&Flow is our way of pouring life back into the work we do. And we’re honored to share that with every client who chooses to bring our work into their space.
